Relocation of ICT facilities

In the event of internal relocation, the LISA will be responsible for transferring the ICT facilities from the old to the new room. Anything else that has to be organised in relation to the relocation is the responsibility of the general and technical services department. Please contact the general and techical services department alswell.

When requesting a relocation of your ICT facilities, please remember to provide the following information:

  • current location;
  • new location;
  • the relocation period;
  • a list of the equipment to be relocated;
  • current telephone number (4 digits);
  • any special points.

In consultation with the LISA department, a period will be agreed when the relocation will take place. Please take into account that, during the relocation, it will not be possible to use the ICT facilities for (maximum) half a day.
