Become an expert in managing large-scale, complex construction projects with an innovative, holistic approach.
Advances in technologies, resource shortages, complicated supply chains, ageing infrastructure, and the need for sustainable, futureproof buildings and infrastructure; the 21st-century construction industry is changing fast and growing more and more complex, facing many challenges at once. The Master's in Construction Management & Engineering prepares you to lead large-scale construction projects and to manage complex infrastructure assets across their entire lifecycle, from design to deconstruction and potential reuse.
In this two-year, English-taught Master’s, you’ll gain expertise in project management, procurement, and asset management, while also learning to design, simulate, and optimise construction processes using advanced digital tools. By the end of this programme, you can deliver economic and social value through building and maintaining collaborative networks, and you’ll be equipped to tackle today’s and tomorrow’s societal challenges in the built environment.
You can also follow this Master’s as a specialisation within the Master’s in Civil Engineering & Management at the University of Twente.
Start date
You can start your studies in September or February. If you need to follow a Pre-Master’s first, you can start in September and continue with the Master’s in February.
