NWO call for existing journals that want to transition to Diamond Open AccessThe Dutch Research Council NWO supports academic journals that wish to transition from a subscription model to an open access (OA) model in which authors do not have to pay publication fees. They will soon be able to apply for funding from a new programme: the Diamond Open Access fund. Funding is for 2-year projects and aimed at existing journals that want to transition to Diamond OA.
