Monday 11 November 2024
This November, join us at the University Library for three weeks of special activities as part of UT’s well-being weeks! Our goal is to help you unwind, connect, and recharge amidst the busy semester, with activities focused on relaxation, community, and self-care.
Daily Well-being Resources and Relaxation Spots
- Healthy Tea: Take a refreshing break with a warm cup of healthy tea in the coffee corner.
- Take a Break Stations: Relax at our dedicated zones near the entrance and in the silent study area, where you’ll find puzzles, colouring sheets, knitting supplies, and more for a screen-free break.
- Chameleon Room: Check the schedule for drop-in sessions with psychologists, confidential contact persons, and support from the International Student Hub. Or simply use the room to relax between activities!
- Well-being Resource Display: Discover the range of well-being resources available across the university at our display near the Chameleon Room.
- Additional Well-being Facilities: Experience the Mindfulnest, sleeping pod, and ergonomic equipment to support your well-being.
