Dear colleague,
FFNT would like to invite you for an inspiration lunch discussion with Ariana Need that will take place on the 17th of June in building 'DesignLab' room 'Inform'' between 12.30 and 13:30 hrs.
Ariana Need is a professor of Sociology and Public Policy and chair of the department of Public Administration. She studies the implementation of public health innovations, and more in particular why such innovations are not always implemented (as intended). Ariana need is also a confidential advisor for the accused in Scientific Complaints Procedures. In this capacity, she discovered that few UT employees are familiar with the new Dutch code of conduct for scientific integrity, which applies to all researchers in Dutch universities. That is why she will tell about the new code of conduct and discuss with you some integrity dilemma’s.
