The Master’s programme in Mechanical Engineering is designed for students who are keen to gain qualitative expertise that spans all phases of the life cycle of mechanical engineering systems and objects within a societal and environmental context.
You will have the opportunity to study fields such as solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer and thermodynamics, incorporating aspects of mechatronics, elastomer and composites and computer science.
Application of these fields in Aircraft, Offshore, Manufacturing or Automotive industry is possible because all research sections collaborate with important players in these areas.
The programme is a logical next step for those with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or Advanced Technology. Students from the latter three must have completed the right minor.
