The new PhD tracking system Hora Finita has been successfully launched today. The application replaces the previous Prodoc system.
All steps of the PhD process, from registration all the way to PhD thesis defence, can be easily and conveniently documented in Hora Finita. PhD students and their supervisors always have direct insight into the progress made.
The details of current PhD students have already been transferred from Prodoc to Hora Finita. They can start working with the new system immediately.
Instructions for both PhD students and supervisors can be found here. Also all e-mails prompting for action will be accompanied by a zip file with short instruction (readme file) and screenshots.
PhD students starting after 1 April will receive a short explanation during their intake at Twente Graduate School.
