Farewell Symposium - Hermie Hermens

Farewell Symposium - Prof. Hermie Hermens

After more than 30 years of teaching, research and innovation, Prof. Hermie Hermens is bidding farewell to the University of Twente. As a pioneer in the field of rehabilitation technology and telemedicine, Hermie has put Twente on the map. For example, he was co-founder of Roessingh Research and Development, Twente Care Academy, Vitaal Twente. In recent years Hermie has been the coordinator of the strategic research program Personalised eHealth Technology, which in a strong ecosystem at the Universit of Twente and beyond collaborates on the entire chain of innovative eHealth technology: from initial designs to scaling up in practice.

We would like to invite you to Hermie's farewell symposium on Thursday, May 25 from 13:00 to 18:00 at the University of Twente. There will be an inspiring programme, in which we look back at what has been achieved, but also in which we look across the eHealth chain to the future with ambitions for the coming years.
