The exam forms are scanned and analyzed using the software programme ConTest. v Forms and workflow You can use two different forms for automated scanning with ConTest. These forms can be downloaded below. These forms should be printed only. Do not photocopy. Even small quality degradations can cause the forms to become unreadable by the scanner. - EDS: Educational Data ServiceThe Educational Data Service, or EDS for short, consists of several universes (data collections) that provide information about education at various levels. The universes are based on the institutional systems within the domain student and education. Business Objects (BO) is used to generate and build reports. - ReadSpeaker TextAidReadspeaker text-to-speech software converts written text to speech. The program provides students with visual impairment, dyslexia, or concentration problems support in reading, writing, structure, and studying digital texts. Using ReadSpeaker during an exam There are two scenarios in which ReadSpeaker is used: 1) In a paper exam During a paper exam, Chromebooks are reserved for Readspeaker exam taking. Combined with a dedicated room, this enables students to listen to the actual exam and answer the exam on paper or via the means provided. In Readspeaker, the exam is available as a document. The student opens the document and the system will read it for the student. 2) in a Remindo exam Readspeaker works together with Remindo, the UT exam software. If allowed, the student can let ReadSpeaker read the Remindo exam out loud. Upon taking the exam, the student uses a Chromebook in a separate room. ReadSpeaker

- Studycheck/matchingFAQ Where can I log in as an employee? You can log in by using this link: matching.utwente.nl/ At what time does a student get an invitation? Pre-applicants are transferred from OSIRIS to the StudyCheck System. Pre-applicants with at least 1 Dutch prior education will be automatically registered into the StudyCheck system (this transfer runs once a day). Pre-applicants who only have a prior international education will be checked by our colleagues (admission office) to see if they are eligible. If they are eligible (conditionally), they will receive an e-mail. This e-mail is also used as a trigger for their registration into the StudyCheck system. When they are registered in the StudyCheck system, the StudyCheck "users" can send out invitations (either automatically or manually) to the pre-applicants. Authorization form This form is meant to request access to the Studycheck system for yourself or a different UT employee.
