Over the past four years, UT has renewed three of its institutional systems. Proactis, MYHR AFAS and Unit4. A new system goes hand in hand with new processes and new ways of working, and that requires a period of getting used to for everyone. But you probably noticed that the set-up can be improved in some areas as well.
Continuous improvement
The departments CFM, HR and Finance therefore not only worked on continuous optimalisation in cooperation with key users and improvement teams, but also on a way to make transparent what exactly is being worked on and why. In so-called roadmaps per system, you will find which actions will be taken, when, what the target group of the improvement is and from which (sounding board) group was asked to take this up.

You can find the individual roadmaps via the P2P page, AFAS' page and Unit4's page. Structural work on improvement remains, which is why the roadmaps are also updated periodically.
