The Executive Board has appointed a programme manager for organisational change: Karin Bax will join UT with effect from 16 September, for three days a week. The creation of this position is part of the approach to the next phase of change we face together as UT.
The integrated approach led by the programme manager is an important addition to the standing UT organisation in the coming period. The standing organisation (EB, faculty boards, service department directors) remains in charge, including the advisory and participation bodies. In the coming year, Karin will play a driving and coordinating role in supporting the realisation of the various change processes and organisational changes.
Crucial to this are the further implementation of the various building blocks and measures. Karin secures the cohesion and synergy between the various processes for the benefit of an integrated approach and plays a connecting role between the various stakeholders. Specific points of attention are (development of) leadership and communication.
In recent years, Karin Bax has held numerous leading and management positions and led organisational changes, both in the public and private domain. The Executive Board looks forward to working together and wishes her every success in her role at UT.
