The Book Replacement Policy of the University Library will be updated by the 30th of August 2021.
Borrowers will continue to receive a reminder (by email) when a reservation has been made for the book by another user, or when the maximum loan period of six months has been reached. If a book hasn't been returned, several reminders to return the borrowed book will be sent in the following weeks.
When a book cannot be returned to the library, the borrower will receive an invoice to pay only the replacement costs for the book instead of a fine added to the replacement costs.
