We are expected to work or study from home as much as possible. This makes it more difficult to do your sports excersises. Therefore we have added two new courses to our sport offer, both of the courses are online! We have also added a grouplesson golf for UT-employees!
Yoga course online
Yoga is a great way to work on your all-round fitness, but it has also a lot of benefits which will help you in your personal life. With this online course you will learn and experience Yoga, but this time online!

Meditation course online
Do you suffer from stress, do you have symptoms regarding a burn-out or do you feel like you are not yourself sometimes? This course might be very helpful for you!
During the online Meditation course you will learn basic excersises for Meditation and much more.

You can purchase both of the courses online via dms.utwente.nl. Both courses have ONLINE in their name.
After your purchase, we will sent you a link via e-mail. You will receive this link 1 or 2 days before the start of the course. This link will give you the option to join the session weekly.
Please be aware, it is not allowed to share the link with others!
Golf grouplesson
We have a brand new grouplesson Golf! This grouplesson is only meant for UT-employees. We have added this grouplesson because the Golf courses were very popular.
You need a CampusCard employee subscription to be able to make a reservation for a class.
