Invitation Informal Closing Academic Year 1 July 2021

The Academic Year 2020-2021 is coming to an end: let’s celebrate together! The event will take place on Thursday 1 July and will start at 16.00 hrs.

How does it work?

The Closing of the Academic Year will take place both online as well as on campus this year. Each with its own charm, each worth attending. It is up to you how you prefer to join this year's Closing of the Academic Year.  

Join us from home

Music, an entertaining show, it will all be part of the festive, online 45-minute programme. After registering, you will experience the atmosphere of the campus from the comfort of your home. Online, there is room for everyone to join and there is a chance of winning a cocktail or mocktail workshop, during the event. 

Join us on campus

While enjoying music, good food and drinks, we close the Academic Year with a limited number of people present. Since it is not yet possible to come together in large numbers, we want to give everyone a fair chance to claim one of the available seats. Therefore, we ask for your help. With which colleague or student would you like to attend the event on campus, and why? Who really deserves or could really use a party? We would love to hear your stories. A couple of days before the event, we will let you know if one of the seats is yours.
