Search engines track their users by logging their queries and clicks. It is often claimed that tracking of queries and clicks is necessary for providing search personalization and query recommendations. Examples are personalized search advertisements and query recommendations such as query autocompletions, related queries, and spell correction. We present free open source software that enables search engine developers to add advertisements and query recommendations to search engines *without* the need to track the users. The software uses the federated search engine Searsia, and is available from http://searsia.org and http://github.com/searsia
