LISA has a standard list of smartphones from which employees can choose. Several times a year LISA evaluates whether the standard models are still up-to-date and the list is updated frequently. Conditions If the smartphone is handed in for repair, a loan phone will be given if: The smartphone is included in the LISA's standard list. Turn on/off voicemail You can turn on/off voicemail (also temporary) through Odido (My T-Mobile). You can create a Odido (My T-Mobile) account through their website: Log in op je persoonlijke Mijn Odido account (Dutch only). Missed calls SMS An automatic SMS will be sent to you when you were called at a moment of unavailability. This SMS message is free of charge, in The Netherlands as well as abroad. This SMS is only sent by known, non-private numbers. You can turn this setting on/off trough Odido (My T-Mobile). Listen to your voicemail from abroad or with alternate phone It’s also possible to listen to your voicemail from abroad or with alternate phone. You have to set a pin code to do so: Call 1233 Choose 9 Choose option 2 Choose option 2 You can also call 1233 from abroad. In that case enter your pin code. - Setup your new Android deviceFirst-time set-up of Android device After you have taken the Android device out of the box for the first time and switched it on, you need to take a few steps to set-up the device. With these steps, you will set up eduroam (wireless internet), email (Exchange activesync) and the default language. Due to the fact that every type of Android device requires a different set of steps, we will explain to you in a general way how to set up eduroam and email. IMPORTANT: If you have used an Android device in the past, then you can transfer the SD card from one phone to the other in most cases. This ensures that photos, among other things, are immediately available on the new phone. Step 1 Device installation Switch on the Android device by pressing and holding the power button on the top or side of the device. After seeing the Android logo (or manufacturer logo), you will be see the device's first installation screen. In these first steps, you can set the device's language, among other things. - Setup your new employee iPhone/iPadFirst-time set-up of iPhone/iPad device After you have taken the iPhone/iPad out of the box for the first time and switched it on, you need to take a few steps to set-up the device. In these steps, you will set up the iCloud service, the default language as well as a Wi-Fi connection. Below, we will explain what you need to consider for each step. IMPORTANT: If you have already used an iPhone/iPad and if you want to place a back-up of this iPhone onto your new device, then create a back-up (iTunes/iCloud) of the old iPhone/iPad so it can be copied onto the new device as explained in step 6. The instructions for creating a back-up can be found later in this document. A back-up will only store settings and installed applications; you will need to enter all passwords again.
