Together we Flow: A serious game for allocating water

Twents Water Weeks:  Together we Flow - A serious game for allocating water

What happens when one use of water, for example growing food, is given a higher priority than another, for example, a healthy wetland area? How does this situation become more complicated when a river, like the Vecht and the Rhine, runs through several countries? In this session, you can experience what it is like to make these decisions yourself by playing the serious game "Together We Flow." You will learn more about the purpose of this game and how we use it with stakeholders to explore how water is allocated in a river basin.

The event is co-organized by the UT Climate Centre  and the UT Drought and water scarcity programme.
