After a hectic period for many employees and students, the summer holidays have finally arrived for the UT community. Traditionally an in-person event, this year we celebrated the End of the Academic Year in early July in an online setting and with an entirely new concept.
The result: the largest online UT gathering in history, with 1,100 registrations and a live stream from the TechMed Centre. UT staff and students joined each other virtually to reflect on the year behind them and to look ahead at what the future has in store. Participants submitted thought-provoking and original questions in advance which were answered by the three members of the Executive Board.
The musical act VroegZat streamed a fantastic show during the celebration, and continued jamming for their own fans after the event ended.
