You can put yourself forward as a candidate for the University Council (URaad) elections on Wednesday 11 April 2018. You can download a nomination form via the URaad website in advance or collect one from the Central Polling Station (Spiegel, room 314).
To run as a candidate, you have to submit a list of candidates with
- a minimum of one candidate (and a maximum of fifteen candidates);
- signatures of five voters (none of which are candidates themselves).
You can submit your own list, but you can also join an existing party. The form must be handed in at Spiegel 316 before 17:00 hours (on Wednesday 11 April 2018).

- DAS
- Campus Coalitie (CC)
Membership
If you are elected as a council member, you will receive a reimbursement for your activities within the University Council. For special functions (such as the Presidency of a committee) an extra compensation applies.
Elections
The University Council elections are from Monday 28 May to Friday 1 June 2018 at 12 noon. The results are announced on Friday afternoon 1 June 2018 at 17:00 in de Bestuursvleugel.
