On Friday, September 2, 2016, Dave Vogel, student of the master program Systems and Control, received from Thorwald of Vuure of Tecnotion the SME Technology Scholarship.
Besides a financial contribution for the study, this scholarship includes the support of a mentor from Tecnotion. This scholarship makes it for Dave Vogel possible to finance a significant part of his master studies but above all it gives him a change to work with a senior consultant within the work field.
Tecnotion in Almelo is specialized in the development and manufacture of direct drive motors.
The SME Technology Scholarship is developed by Career Service of the University of Twente in cooperation with the FME and High Tech NL. The SME Technology Scholarship gives SME technology companies in Overijssel the opportunity to get in touch with technical talents of the University of Twente at an early stage of their master's study.
