Conclusion customer satisfaction survey FB and LISA

On 8 December 2016, the internal Customer Satisfaction Survey of the Facility Department (FD) and Library, ICT Services & Archive (LISA) was concluded. We would like to thank everybody who participated for their collaboration!

First results

Ultimately, 703 internal clients took part in the survey (4% response), of which 632 were employees (15%) and 71 were students (1%). The average satisfaction rate for the FD is a 7.1. LISA scored an average satisfaction rate of 7.5. Wonderful results and an improvement compared to the previous survey, which took place in 2013.

What’s next?

In the months to come, the results will be analysed and translated into specific measures for improvement. In addition to the results per process, we will also be looking at the points for improvement that we can address as joint services.

More information

A management summary will be available by the end of January 2017. Employees and students will be informed about the results through the employee and student portals. This information will also be posted on the websites of the FD and LISA.
