Pepijn Pinkse elected as Fellow Member of OSA

MESA+ ‘s prof. dr. Pepijn Pinkse has been elected as a Fellow Member of The Optical Society (OSA) at the Society’s recent Board of Directors meeting. Pepijn is being honored specifically for original and pioneering contributions in the fields of nanophotonics, quantum optics, and quantum secure authentication.

Optics and photonics

OSA was founded in 1916 and is the leading professional association in optics and photonics. Fellow membership in OSA is limited to no more than ten percent of the membership and is reserved for members who have served with distinction in the advancement of optics and photonics. About Pepijn Pinkse

Pepijn Pinkse is adjunct professor at the Complex Photonics Systems (COPS) research group at MESA+. His present research interests are Nanophotonics and Quantum optics. Within the COPS group, Pepijn leads the research on Adaptive Quantum Optics.
