Questions for company doctor and work and health coach

For the work and health coach and the company doctor to provide more targeted and concrete advice about options for returning to work, we ask managers to provide active input by formulating questions before the planned consultation. Below you find some examples of questions supervisors can ask:

  • Is there illness and/or disability?
  • How can I initiate or improve communication with my employee?
  • Is there an unhealthy reaction in a difficult situation?
  • Under what conditions is it possible for my employee to perform work?
  • What can I do to support the employee in returning to work?
  • Could an (additional) intervention contribute to returning to work?
  • Is there a labour dispute?
