FFNT would like to invite you for an inspiration lunch discussion with Maria Vlasiou that will take place on 14 June in building The Gallery, room Erlenmeyer between 12.30 and 14.00 hrs.
Maria Vlasiou is a Full Professor at the University of Twente, an Associate Professor at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), and a Research Fellow of the European research institute EURANDOM. Her research is focused on the performance of stochastic processing interacting networks. Prof. Vlasiou’s scientific work has been funded by grants exceeding 3.7M from more than 10 science foundations, universities, societies, and organisations. For her contributions, she recently received the UPS George D. Smith Prize of INFORMS on behalf of TU/e for which she was project coordinator and lead contact.
