How do I submit a request?
According to the Dutch Higher Education and Research Act (WHW) the Examination Board has the competence to deviate from the rules stated in the Education and Examination Regulation (EER) of this university in specific cases. For that students can submit a motivated request which then will be decided on by the examination board. When you want to submit a request, please read the following information carefully. Only requests that are complete and submitted on time will be dealt with.
Deadline
The Examination Board BMT-BME meets once per six weeks. A request to the Examination Board must be received by BOZ- BMT-BMEat a specific date before the meeting of the Examination Board. You will find the meeting dates of the board and the deadlines for sending in your request in the meeting schedule. You will receive the decision of the board on your request within 10 working days after the meeting.
Required information
Request can only be submitted through this website. All requests must come with personal information (name, student number), name of module/course and course code, a description of your request, your motivation, and relevant documents (e.g. detailed study progress overview from Osiris). Please contact the study advisor in case of personal circumstances or in order to get advice and tips for writing the request. Moreover, we advise you to send your request before submission to the study advisers for feedback. When you have any doubts about your request, please discuss with one of the study advisers before making a request.
