Normally a student receives the degree certificate when he or she passes the last unit of the programme. A student can submit a request at the Examination Board to delay the declaration that the final examination has been completed and consequently present the certificate. The request must be made in time, that is before the final colloquium. The maximum term of delay is 1 year.
What should you motivate (as much as possible) in your request?
- The reason(s) of the delay
Which information do you need to provide?
We advise you to send your request before submission to the study advisers for feedback. When you have any doubts about your request, please discuss with one of the study advisers before making a request.
Check the meeting schedule of the Examination Board for the deadline for submitting your request.
