Welcome to the website for the Master’s Programme Biomedical Engineering.

Biomedical Engineering (BME) is an engineering discipline that combines areas of technology, biology and medicine to improve the quality of life. It focuses on research into innovative products, processes and methods for use in healthcare and clinical practice, and on their design, development, production and application.

This website is mainly aimed at current students and staff. Topics include the curriculum, organisation, class schedules etc.

Note: For the academic year 2021-2022 there will be no exception with regard to the so called "harde knip" regulation, meaning that you are only allowed to start with our master programme if you finished the required bachelor programme.
