Support Tool | Covidence

The University of Twente now offers all faculties, researchers, and students access to its institutional license to Covidence, a systematic review management platform. Covidence provides a wide range of resources and support to help you along the way with your systematic review process, including citation importing, screening titles, abstracts and full texts, data extraction and visualizing results.

  • Starting out with Covidence (for new users)
    1. Visit the University of Twente’s Covidence webpage and read all instructions
    2. Go to the Covidence Sign-up page, select Create account with SSO and enter your university email address
    3. You will be redirected to your university's SSO login page, and enter your university credentials. If entered correctly, you will be redirected back to Covidence
    4. You will be required to provide additional details to ensure your Covidence account functions correctly. Then click Create account
    5. Invite UT and non-UT reviewers to collaborate on your review
  • For existing users
    1. Go to the Covidence Sign-in page, select Sign in with SSO, and enter your university email address
    2. You will be redirected to your university's SSO login page, and enter your university credentials. If entered correctly, you will be redirected back to Covidence
    3. Invite UT and non-UT reviewers to collaborate on your review

My favourites

About Favourites
Use the Bookmark this page button on Service Portal pages to add that page to the My Favourites section. To add web applications, use the star icon in the webapplication list. To add pages outside the Service Portal, use the Add custom bookmark button above. Add your favourite apps to your bookmarks by using the favourite button.

The My Organisation section shows mandatory bookmarks for your your main unit.
