Requests TEAMS is automatically set up for each employee as soon as they enter service. Costs No costs are charged. - Teams (Premium)Teams Premium Teams Premium is an add-on for Microsoft Teams. On this page you can read which functions are included and how you can make the best use of them. Teams Premium is not active by default, this requires a license purchase. Intelligent Recap Watch the following video to see how it works: Intelligent meeting recap (Microsoft Teams Premium how-to video series) – Microsoft Adoption Intelligent Recap uses AI to create a summary of all the points discussed in a Teams meeting. The minutes are generated in a fixed way based on the transcript: a summary of the points discussed and the tasks to be followed up. It is not possible to generate the minutes based on a different structure. Only people with a Teams Premium license can view and possibly share the Intelligent Recap. Requirements The meeting must be at least 5 minutes long. Transcription must be enabled in the meeting to generate the AI summary. Intelligent Recap only works in Teams Meetings and cannot be used with e.g. audio recordings from previous meetings

DESCRIPTION Microsoft Teams Rooms - University of Twente Teams Rooms is a hybrid meeting solution to connect with remote attendees in your meeting. You don’t need to connect your notebook to a central screen or camera, the room itself is part of the meeting. You can use the room directly by calling UT contacts, but when you create a Teams meeting with the room as the location, the room is booked and your meeting is scheduled.
