Descriptions Teams is compatible with the following devices and operating systems: Windows Linux Apple Android and Apple mobile telephones. Multiple people, as well as guests from outside UT, can participate in online meetings (and chats and normal telephone conversations). You do however need an internet connection to participate. Requests TEAMS is automatically set up for each employee as soon as they enter service. Costs No costs are charged. Now you can share your pronouns and make Q&A sessions a breeze with voting and archiving. Check them out! Pronouns on your profile in Microsoft 365 What? We’ve enabled a new feature in Teams that allows you to share your pronouns. This is completely optional and can help foster a more inclusive environment. To add your pronouns: Click your profile picture in the upper right corner of Teams. Click on your name. In the new window, click “+ Pronouns”, enter your preferred pronouns and click save. When? Now available Two new features for Q&A in Teams What? Q&A in Teams is a great way for participants to ask questions during your webinar or meeting. DESCRIPTION Microsoft Teams Rooms - University of Twente Teams Rooms is a hybrid meeting solution to connect with remote attendees in your meeting. You don’t need to connect your notebook to a central screen or camera, the room itself is part of the meeting. You can use the room directly by calling UT contacts, but when you create a Teams meeting with the room as the location, the room is booked and your meeting is scheduled.
