Brexit: no immediate consequences for our current British students

The Board of the University has taken note of the result of the UK referendum on EU membership.

There will be no immediate consequences as a result of the outcome of the UK referendum and we do not expect anything to change for our current students in the short term. However, it is as yet unclear what the long-term consequences of a Brexit will be. Whatever the result is, a transitional period will apply.

For now, it remains unclear what consequences a Brexit will have for British students studying abroad, for instance with regard to the amount of the tuition fees they will be required to pay. These and other issues will depend on the outcomes of the upcoming negotiations between the UK and the EU.
