In June, new multifunction printers (MFP’s) with payment system for students will be installed in a number of buildings within the University of Twente. This document gives details of the changes involved and of what you need to do before you can make use of these new printers.
When will the new machines be placed?
The new MFPs will be installed throughout the University of Twente, at central locations in university buildings. Below you find the planning for the placement of the printers with ‘chipknip’ payment system:

To make use of the new Xerox multifunction printer (MFP) 3 actions should be carried out before you can use the printer:
1) the printer queue must be installed on the computer (printserver: win300.ad.utwente.nl, printername: Follow-Me);
2) your student card must be linked to your Windows account;
3) payment of prints and copies still happens by chipknip.
