As a doctoral candidate, you are obliged to submit a Training and Supervision Plan, which is then reviewed by your supervisor. If the plan is rejected, you will be notified about this by your supervisor.
If the plan is approved, it is then sent to the director of TGS who also needs to approve it.
Please note that the approval process might take several weeks to complete. When it is complete, you will receive an e-mail from Hora Finita about the status of your T&SP.
If your T&SP is rejected this e-mail will include points of feedback on how to improve the plan.
Even if your plan is accepted there still might be some comments in the acceptance e-mail you will need to take into account.
