After successfully completing the registration process you receive an e-mail from Hora Finita inviting you to submit a Training and Supervision Plan.
PREREQUISITES
- The Doctoral Education Guidelines (PDF) and the Intake Powerpoint Presentation for you to review
- Your UT login information, i.e. the m-number and the password you use to log in to most other UT systems.
Please note the last digit of the m-number needs to be omitted when logging in to Hora Finita! - A copy of the training and supervision plan for doctoral students template (MS Word)
SUBMIT Training and Supervision Plan
Log_in to Hora Finita by clicking on the link in the e-mail you've received and filling in your UT (m-number without the last digit) login information.
Upload your fully completed T&SP by clicking the "Browse" button and selecting the T&SP file from your computer.
After uploading please check the "submit" box to indicate you want your T&SP to be reviewed.
At the bottom of the screen click the button labelled "Submit T&SP for review" to submit your review request.
