GET YOUR PROFESSIONAL PHOTO FOR YOUR UT PROFILE PAGE!
Annabel Jeuring, one of the UT photographers, will take pictures for people.utwente.nl profiles on the dates mentioned below. The photo (simple passport photography style) may be used for:
- UT profile pages people.utwente.nl
- Other utwente.nl pages or UT-related non-commercial sites (like research projects)
- Your personal social media profiles like LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Registration is required and available as well for regular employees as guest staff. For sharing the photo with external parties (like newspaper articles), an additional fee applies. Please contact the photographer in that situation. Please make your appointment with the photographer below. An appointment takes 5 minutes. You will receive your photos by email within 4 weeks.
Good to know
- Your appointment is called a 'course' on this page because we use the UT course system for registrations.
- If you need to cancel, please use the link in the confirmation mail.
What if all spots are booked | Mail alert
If all spots on the list below are claimed, you have two options:
- Check this page at the last minute: When people get a reminder for their appointment 48 hours before the appointment starts, some cancel their spot. Check the registration form in the morning hours when the photographer is here because we usually see 4-8 spots being cancelled last minute per day. Current scheduled days:

- 4 December (9.15-12.15 and 13.00-16.00)
- 8 February (9.15-12.15 and 13.00-16.00)
- 15 February (9.15-12.15 and 13.00-16.00)

- Mail alert: When registration is impossible (either the current series is full or no series is planned), the 'course alert' button appears. You will receive a one-time notification when spots are available.
