Masterclass Social (un)safety

In today’s work environment, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere is essential for both the well-being and productivity of your team. As a leader, it's crucial to recognize and actively nurture this sense of safety to foster trust and collaboration within your team and ensuring a healthy workplace culture. However, challenges to social safety can arise, whether from conflicts, inappropriate behaviour, or a lack of inclusion, and as a leader, it’s important to know how to act when social safety is questioned.

This workshop is designed to give you the tools and confidence to both foster social safety in your team and take appropriate action when it’s threatened. This includes a brief explanation of the legal boundaries that we are working with, and social safety in the context of the University. In addition, together we will explore how to act upon situations where social safety is challenged. A practical approach on encouraging open dialogue and intervention strategies.
