Internal image gallery

By default, students and employees can log in and request images through the shopping cart in the image gallery. Additional rights are available and can be requested below. For details about user rights, workflows and manuals, see utwente.nl/beeldbank.

Requester

Only a employee of the university can request access to the image library. If you are not an employee of the university ask a staff member to fill in the application.

Note. The requester (employee) for access for students/photographers or external partners remains responsible for not following the rules on copyrights and misuse of the photos of the requested.

We have a default role for photographers. All photographers receive the right to upload pictures, but cannot download images.

Rights for external partners

We have a default role for external partners. All partners get basic log-in rights. Their image download requests always have to be approved by the admins.

Role

Downloader

With this role, you can download images without intervention from the administrators and in full size.

File creation (including upload rights)

Create a consent dossier. In this dossier you upload the quitclaim forms and add meta information for the images. This role includes upload rights.

Uploader

With this role, you can upload images to the image library and make them available for others.
