ICT support for third parties and guests

As a guest of the UT, if you experience problems with your notebook, tablet or smartphone, you can ask for help at the Service desk ICT. The Service Desk will initially offer the necessary support. If the problem is too large for the Service Desk to provide a fast solution, the Service Desk will have to refer you to a different establishment that will be able to offer further help.

  • Requests

    The Service Desk offers support by e-mail, telephone or at the reception desk in the Citadel.

  • Costs

    More information about the costs can be found in the self service portal.

  • Conditions

    To be able to use the support offered by the Service Desk, you have to be:

    • a guest of the UT.
  • Delivery

    As a rule, the problem has to have been resolved within 10 minutes.

  • Support

    For support, use the selfservice portal and the manuals. Should you have any other questions or should a fault occur, please contact the Service Desk ICT.
