Live streaming and recording
VIDEO REGISTRATION (RECORDINGS, INTERVIEWS, PRESENTATIONS, EVENTS)
From our experience, we can help you to make video’s the best possible way. There are several options to create video materials. Most of them start by creating a script and attractive visuals (without copyright issues).
We can help to create these scripts and materials to get an optimum in time and recording investment.
LIVE STREAMS OR EVENTS
We can help you set up webinars and other online video presentations in a variety of ways. Productions like webinars might seem overwhelming but if we break them up into clear production stages, they can be very manageable. Good preparation ensures a smooth production and broadcasting process.
The most relaxed form is a pre-recorded webinar where you record and edit your entire presentation ahead of time and broadcast it on the chosen date and time.
A live webinar can be facilitated from the Spiegel studio or possibly on location depending on your needs.
If you need other options like breakout rooms, it’s possible to use Zoom and similar solutions.
It is important not to underestimate the proper preparation for running a successful webinar. If you’d like to schedule an intake meeting to discuss your project, please get in touch with the video team through this web form.
We have extensive experience in helping you design and organize your video-driven events. From simple talk show style productions where a host interviews guests to large live events produced in cooperation with external audiovisual partners and many different show segments.
Additionally, there are increasing opportunities for creating hybrid events that combine live online video streaming with audience interaction and real-world components or audiences.
We are more than happy to be your sparring partner in figuring out how to design and organize your event from the earliest concept to the final broadcast.
Hybrid teaching combines traditional, face-to-face teaching with students with online students as well. The purpose of hybrid teaching is to make attending classes face-to-face as good as participating online. There are several solutions for hybrid teaching depending on the type of teaching, pre-recorded materials, and interaction. There is no solution that fits every hybrid teaching class, but there are some best practices. Here we have an overview and guidelines.
Video storage and managing your video's
Faculties and service departments can use the UT accounts to upload videos to YuJa.
Due to accessibility guidelines, subtitles are required for videos on (semi-)government websites. Besides that, most people are not able to turn on their sound when they watch video's on Social Media because they keep the sound off in the office or during a train/bus ride. Therefore it's important to add subtitles to all videos. YouTube, YuJa, and Facebook let you upload separate files for subtitles, but on Instagram, they need to be included in the video.
