Workspace for all BIM colleagues (on Microsoft Teams)

New BIM'ers at UT should be added to two environments:

MS Teams

A Microsoft Teams environment has been created for all Business Information Managers. All necessary documents will be shared and you can keep in touch with the others. Below, you will find the different steps to join the team.

  1. Open Microsoft Teams and go to the "Teams" page.
  2. Press the button "Join or create a Team".
  3. Enter the code: [If you don't see the code below, please login to the service portal with your employee account]

4. Wait for the approval for you to join. 

Mailinglist

The BIM coordinator can add you to the BIM mailing list (or remove old members).

About Favourites
Use the Bookmark this page button on Service Portal pages to add that page to the My Favourites section. To add web applications, use the star icon in the webapplication list. To add pages outside the Service Portal, use the Add custom bookmark button above. Add your favourite apps to your bookmarks by using the favourite button.

The My Organisation section shows mandatory bookmarks for your your main unit.
