Archive collection system Atlantis

The department Archive & Document Management (ADM) of LISA takes care of the official archives of the University of Twente. In order to manage and publish information on the archives and collections, the ADM System Atlantis is available. In this way the history of the University is made accessible. In Atlantis you can search for information on the archives and collections that are available in the Archival storages at the University Campus.

FAQ

  • What is available in the system

    At this moment, information on the archives of the various Boards is available. Step-by-step other archives and/or collections will be added to the system. We will keep you updated in the Latest News when new archives and/or collections are available.

  • Language of searching

    When searching the system we advise you to use Dutch language as the archival descriptions are written in Dutch.

  • How to search

    By using the fields in the portal, you can search the collections and records within the collections. By searching on empty fields, the available collections are presented.

  • How can I request for a specific document or file

    Have you found a record and like to examine or borrow documents? Click on the request button to order and follow the instructions exactly. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive a confirmation by mail. An employee of the Archive Department will contact you to make an appointment to view and/or borrow the record.
