FAQ
Can I collaborate with external partners in Crowdtech Survey to create a questionnaire?
Yes, that is possible, as long as your external partner has a UT staff or student account that provides access to University of Twente applications. They can use this account to log in Crowdtech Survey via SurfConext and collaborate on questionnaires. Be aware that they will get editing access to the survey.
Do you use Qualtrics or Maptionnaire?
These survey platforms will remain available until the following dates:
- Maptionnaire: May 2026
- Qualtrics: October 2026

How do I design a high-quality questionnaire for evaluating education?
On the Service Portal you can find an overview of the different student surveys that are conducted. This overview also includes guiding principles to ensure that your survey reaches students effectively and aligns with UT guidelines.
Who will facilitate Crowdtech?
Crowdtech provides centralized support for the platform, and each faculty has his own contact person shown in the contact list.
