Tijdens je verblijf aan de UT kun je te maken krijgen met een probleemsituatie, waarover je liever niet praat met iemand van je eigen opleiding, faculteit of een medestudent, maar wel met een onafhankelijk persoon buiten je faculteit of eigen kring.
