Once you've confirmed your qualifier has taken place, you'll receive an e-mail from Hora Finita confirming the completion of this step. In this e-mail, there are instructions about the official appointment of your supervisors. Click the link provided in this e-mail to log in to Hora Finita.
Prerequisites
- Your UT (m-number) account info to log in to Hora Finita
- The Appointment Supervisors Form, filled in

- Click the Browse button and select the Appointment Supervisors Form
- At the bottom left of the screen, click the "Save" button
After the form has been reviewed you'll receive another e-mail from Hora Finita, informing you of the status of the qualifier.
