Study association W.S.G. Isaac Newton

Get support in choosing a master’s

We encourage you to lead an active student life, by becoming a member of the study association.

W.S.G. Isaac Newton is the study association for both Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy Technology. The associations' main goals are to improve the education for our students, to facilitate the needs of our members and to prepare the students for their future careers. This is done by organising study-related activities and tours, as well as non-study related activities like games and get-togethers.

Develop your entrepreneurial spirit

At UT, we train you to be the global citizen of tomorrow. Education alone is not enough, being active both in and outside the classroom boosts your personal development. Our students regularly organise exciting activities and events on campus and in the nearby city of Enschede. They learn to collaborate with students and professionals from other disciplines and from different backgrounds. These experiences are invaluable in helping students develop useful skills that will serve them well in their future careers.
