- Functional (shared) mailboxFor projects, departments, event or other purposes you may request a functional (non-personal) email address like abc-project@utwente.nl or secr-group-faculty@utwente.nl and grant several colleagues acces to that mailbox. Policy & Agreements The email policy is part of the (URL) Name policy UT, listed on the page with policies for end users. MC approves (the format of) your new email address. Afterwards, LISA takes care of setting it up, including the user rights. How to access a functional mailbox Due to national university security policy, all functional mailboxes need to be accessed with your personal password. Passwords to access the functional mailbox directly are not provided. There are different levels of user rights. If you cannot send mail on behalf of the functional mailbox, then your user rights can be extended. You cannot request additional rights for yourself. Please let someone who already has the rights fill in the mailbox access form in the LISA Self Service portal and request the rights for you

- Website for project, collaboration or large eventUT offers two website options for projects, joint research initiatives or collaboration, both managed by yourself. The options 1) Standard: UT system (WebHare) with UT template, also available with own logo/colour/domain name Like all universities, UT uses a Content Management System (CMS) for the website, containing a template built for UT. This template is flexible: it can also be used for projects or collaborations with external partners where it is undesirable to use the UT corporate identity. Features: The UT logo can be replaced by your own logo A specific (logo) colour can be used throughout the site The UT corporate identity elements are hidden Own domain name is possible We also offer similar but more limited facilities for the newsletter system: replacing the UT logo with your own logo is possible. Please note: There will always be a minor reference to UT: links in newsletters will show utwente.nl since the technology is running on UT servers, and privacy statements or disclaimers will refer to UT statements
