The optional model for employment conditions is open this year until 10 December. From 10 December to 2 January, the layout for the year 2023 will be prepared, so that you can use the choice model again from Monday 3 January 2023.
In the optional model for employment conditions, it is possible to exchange certain employment conditions (sources) for other employment conditions (targets). Think, for example, of using your salary for the purchase of your bike.
So, if you still want to use the optional model for employment conditions for the year 2022, do not forget to record your choice in myHR AFAS before 10 December next.
