From October onwards, the ordering process will become more transparent with the introduction of an extra service. Within UT, we will start working with a track and trace functionality. From October onwards, once your order has arrived at our University, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. You can click on the link and find out where your parcel is on campus.
The track and trace functionality will become active from the moment the parcel is delivered to the Garage building and will stop once it has arrived at your office.
The returning process is also supported by this new functionality. In the event of a return, you must contact the Purchasing Department. They will create a return ticket that you can print out and attach to your parcel. Please deliver your parcel to the Service Desk in your building and Logistics will take care of the rest. You will be able to follow the parcel until it has been handed over to the distributor by your colleagues in the Garage.
