Introduction of track and trace service postponed

At UT, we endeavour to make the ordering process more transparent by introducing a track and trace service. In our earlier communication, we indicated that this service would be introduced by October. Unfortunately, the introduction is postponed. We regret that this additional service cannot be implemented now, but the quality of the service is our first and foremost priority.

Quality first

Due to technical imperfections on the part of our supplier, unfortunately it is not possible to make the track and trace functionality available in October. In the upcoming period, we will work together with our supplier to solve these imperfections. As soon as the track and trace service is ready to go live, this will be communicated to you and we will inform colleagues involved in the process in more detail.
