If you want to send a message to employees, the most suitable means to do so depends on the subject of the communication, the specific target audience and the impact of the message on this target audience. If it concerns a message with a high impact on someone's every day work, please contact the communication officer of your unit to advice you in an effective communication mix where special attention is paid to informing relevant managers. The portal is used as an addition to the other means in the mix.
