2023-09-01 | IIA-Simple-Manager: In the IIA-Simple-Manager, you can filter IIAs based on faulty IIAs, which are marked with a MedKit icon. There is now a new reason for IIAs being faulty - the partner institution has not shared their IIA ID with us. It is necessary for the partner institution to provide their IIA ID so that it can be included in the Approval CNR before the IIA can be approved or signed. To rectify this issue, please contact the partner institution and ask them to send a CNR with their IIA ID information. | System |
2023-09-04 | EWP-DLA: A new technical solution has been introduced for partner institutions who have activated the DLA interface in EWP but are not currently using it. To enable this feature, we have added two new EWP settings: "Allow partners to sign a DLA externally (even though the partner has activated the EWP-DLA interface)" and "Column in the application tab (even though the partner has activated the EWP-DLA interface)". Additionally, a new option has been included under Master Data/Institutional Data/Institutions (Partner - Settings) called "Allow sending external signing links to this partner institution despite the activated EWP-DLA interface". For more information on how to use this solution in exceptional cases, please refer to the HOWTO document H105 titled "Allow partner institution to sign your Outgoing DLAs". 2023-09-06 | Portal Agreement settings have been extended by the option to display free places in the detail view. To do this, set the option "Show amount of free places". Responsive Portal settings have been extended by the option to activate further settings for the remaining spaces. To do this, set the option "Additional settings for free places". As soon as this option is selected, the following options are displayed: - Hide row when no free places (hides every line in the detail view if no more free places are available) and - Deactivate info icon when no free places (deactivates the info icon in the detail view if no free places are available). | System |

2023-09-14 | In the import notifications module for CampusOnline and OpenCampus, a toggle can now be activated for defining the courses as changes/no changes (i.e. added) when re-importing (if courses already exist in the LA). In addition, it is now possible to import individual positions within a notification. For this purpose, a separate import button is available on each position. 2023-09-25 | The output settings have been extended by list boxes for free fields for the search types Agreements, Multilat. Cooperations and Events as well as the options "Show home institution" and "Show partner institution" in order to display these free fields in the Responsive Portal detail lists as additional info columns. If you now select one of these search types, a list box appears in which you can select free fields that are then displayed in the Responsive Portal in the corresponding detail view of a record as additional columns. 2023-09-27 | In the personal details an automatic completion for the fields street, city and post code has been added. If more than two digits or letters are entered in the fields, a list appears below the field and you can select suggestions. In the postal code field, the city is automatically filled and otherwise also. For the street all three fields are automatically filled as soon as you select a suggestion.
